Five years after the battle of Hogwarts, a lot of us were falling on hard times. We won the battle, sure, but my nerves were shot, and my chances at making it beyond the reserve team at Puddlemere United were over. I'm just a part of a whole lost generation, bumming from job to job and town to town, remembering what we we have to and trying to forget the rest. I got tired of making speeches on anniversaries and wishing people would think of me as something more than "the guy who was captain of Harry's team" all those years ago. I don't go to the reunions anymore, unless you count the rallies to get the ministry to take better care of the veterans. Our friends weren't the only things that died on that battlefield. But I'm still alive, you can't kill a dream...and we were born to fly.
